- Timothy J. Tittle, 37, Forbes Road, Wellsville, was north on state Route 45 in Salem at 10:57 p.m. Friday and failed to maintain control and went off the right side into a ditch. He was cited for failure to control.

- John G. Buckley, 59, state Route 518, Lisbon, Nickey J. Dicross, 59, Half Street, Washingtonville, Trevor D. Needham, 41, Spartan Drive, Salineville, and Penny M. Wisbith, 38, Hazel Run Road, Salineville, were south on state Route 164 in Wayne Township at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 14 and Buckley stopped to make a left turn into a private drive and Wisbith struck Needham's vehicle from behind causing him to hit Dicross, who then struck Buckley. Wisbith was cited for assured clear distance and failure to reinstate license and Needham and his passengers, Quint Witherow, 32, Steubenville-Pike, Lisbon, and Ella Witherow, 1, Spartan Road, Salineville, were taken to Salem Hospital with minor injuries.

- Emery J. Holmes, 30, Alliance, was west on Hartley Road in Butler Township at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 9 and went off the right side into two utility poles and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.

- Charles N. Kinemond, 22, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was north on Black Road in Madison Township at 5 p.m. Wednesday and Angela D. Wright, 35, Carolina Avenue, East Liverpool, failed to yield from a stop sign and struck his vehicle. She was cited for failure to yield and her passenger, Payten G. Densmore, 11, Carolina Avenue, East Liverpool, was taken to East Liverpool Hospital with possible injuries.

- Rebecca K. Treon, 52, Osbourne Road, Wellsville, was east on Cameron Road in Madison Township at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday and went off the right side into a ditch, then re-entered the road and went off the left side into an unknown object and then fled the scene. Treon reported the accident later and no citations were issued.

- Zachary M. Shasteen, 18, Ellyson Road, East Rochester, was east on Butcher Road in Salem Township at 4:30 p.m. Thursday and went off the left side into a ditch, a culvert and a fence and then fled. He was cited for unauthorized use a motor vehicle, failure to control, driving under suspension and leaving the scene.

- Dillon David Douglas-Vizi, 21, Campbell, was east on state Route 165 in Wayne Township at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 6 and went off the right side into an embankment. He was cited for failure to control and OVI.

- A vehicle owned by Christine E. Wilson, Chester, W.Va., was parked at Beaver Creek State Park in St. Clair Township at 12:45 p.m. Oct. 6 when it was struck by an unknown vehicle that continued on.

- Elizabeth A. Carlisle, 45, state Route 164, Lisbon, was east on Steubenville-Pike in Center Township at 6:10 p.m. Oct. 13 and went off the right side into a mailbox, re-entered the road and then continued home. She was cited for failure to control.

- Michael L. Reed, 50, Columbus Grove, Ohio, was behind a dump truck on U.S. 30 in St. Clair Township at 9:20 a.m. Friday when the drive shaft of the dump truck disconnected and struck the left side fuel tank of Reed's semi truck, causing it to rupture. The dump truck continued on and was not located.

- Alicia R. Skelly, 31, state Route 518, Hanoverton, was north on state Route 518 in Franklin Township at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and went off the left side, over-corrected and then went off the north side into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.
