LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Brigit Y. Young, 44, East Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $200, required 10 hours community service, sentenced to two days in jail and credited with one already served for falsification for misleading information she reportedly wrote on her community service sheet.

Tyler J. Thorton, 25, East State Street, Alliance, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Taylor S. Collins, 61, state Route 45, Wellsville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.

A criminal trespassing citation against Todd R. Lewis, 26, last known address Kendall House, Lisbon, was dismissed on a motion of the prosecuting attorney with a stipulation of probable cause by the defendant. Court documents alleged Lewis showed up at the home of Tag Lewis, Hunters Camp Road on Aug. 23 after being warned on Aug. 10 not to return.

A Nov. 7 pretrial was set for Myron J. Youngblood, 32, Broadway, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly calling his mother an obscene name, grabbing her by the hair, pushing her against the sink and threatening to harm her and to kill her.

A Nov. 14 pretrial was set for Thomas E. Russell, 55, Sunset Drive, Hanoverton, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing a knife and threatening to kill both his daughter and her husband early Friday.

A Nov. 26 pretrial was set for Darryl M. Pudder, 40, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, charged with assault for allegedly punching Matt Juillerat in the face on Oct. 10. Additionally, a motion for contempt was filed against Juillerat, who failed to appear after he was subpoenaed.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Kenneth Titus Dean III, 23, Somer Street, Leetonia, cited with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Nicholas J. Guy, 24, Hoffman Court, East Liverpool, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly getting in the way of a sheriff's deputy attempting to stop a motorcycle in the area of Bear Hollow Road and state Route 7.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Frederick W. Heldman Jr., 57, 15th Street, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense, lane violations, tail lights violation and seat belt violation.

A Dec. 19 pretrial was set for Cora L. Day, 18, Canton, cited with underage consumption.

A Dec. 19 pretrial was set for Dylan A. Patch, 20, Massillon, cited with possession of marijuana and two counts underage consumption after he was found in a disabled vehicle on Egypt Road in Perry Township.

A Dec. 30 pretrial was set for John Joseph Cataldo Jr., 69, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, charged with OVI second offense, lane violations, tail lights violation and a set belt violation.

A Dec. 30 pretrial was set for Michael A. Brownfield, 56, High Street, New Waterford, cited with driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
