LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday, Abram S. Petersen, 25, Beaver Street, Lisbon, was fined $730, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to three days in a treatment program for OVI first offense, failure to control and a seat belt violation.

Gregory L. Harper, 43, Middletown Road, North Benton, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Paige Robinson, 23, Akron, was fined $180 for driving under suspension.

Kara I. Pierson, 45, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from a stop sign violation.

Torado Knight Jr., 41, South Walnut Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Tracy A. Sarachione, 36, Lake Park, Alliance, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Sheryl L. Bower, 41, Abbey Lane, Alliance, was fined $100 for speeding in a school zone.

Brian J. McGee, 39, Cortland, was fined $100 for speeding.

A Nov. 14 pretrial was set for Juan Raul Alverez Lino, 40, Monterrey, Mexico, cited with OVI first offense and lane violations.

A Nov. 18 pretrial was set for Whitney M. Mercer, 28, Sebring, charged with theft for allegedly taking a pair of flip flops from Shoe Sensation without rendering payment.

A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Sandra K. Stepien, 60, Peterson Road, Wellsville, charged with menacing on Sunday for allegedly tailgating a 17-year-old driver while honking her horn, flashing her lights and driving closely; threatening the girl's grandfather by acting like she had a gun in her coat pocket and telling him not to take another step.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Harold W. Barnes Jr., 56, Black Road, Lisbon, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly grabbing a rifle to confront the owners of a dog, which came into Barnes' garage on Sunday.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Natasha A. Miller, 30, McDonald Street, East Liverpool, cited with open container in a motor vehicle and possession of instruments to ingest or inhale controlled substances.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Shannon L. Brown, 47, Berlin Center, cited with assured clear distance.

A Jan. 6 pretrial was set for Paul Edward Esenwein Jr., 47, Canfield, cited with drug paraphernalia, turn signal violation and marked lanes. Esenwein reportedly had a digital scale in the trunk of his vehicle.
