3 Wellsville residents face drug charges

LISBON - Three Wellsville residents were presented with secret indictments Friday on drug-related charges issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in October.

Donnelle N. Taylor, 34, Center Street, Wellsville, is charged with four counts of possession of drugs and three counts of permitting drug abuse. According to court documents, Taylor allegedly had buprenophine, diazepam, lorazepam and zolpidem in his possession on June 21. Additionally on June 4, June 8 and July 16, Taylor reportedly allowed his home to be used twice by Jerome Taylor, also known as Chicken, and then Jason Barnes for the trafficking of drugs.

Taru L. Smith, 36, and Kristy S. Dillard, 34, both of the same Commerce Street, Wellsville, address, are charged with two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. Smith and Dillard reportedly had both heroin and cocaine in their possession on July 10 along with $2,286 believed to have been involved with in drug-related offenses.
