Barbara “Nina” A. Woodley-Whaley

BELOIT - Barbara "Nina" A. Woodley-Whaley, 61, of Beloit, died on Wednesday at Alliance Community Hospital.

Born June 26, 1952, in Youngstown, she was the daughter of George and Betty (Williams) Panik Sr.

Mrs. Woodley-Whaley was a professional cake decorator. She attended Alliance Baptist Temple.

Survivors include a daughter Lisa Norton (David Rinehart), two stepsons, Eric (Annette) Woodley and William (Leigh Ann) Woodley, all of Sebring; three grandchildren, Derek Rinehart, Jeramey Norton and Jeffery Woodley; four brothers, George Panik Jr. of Connecticut, Wallace Buckner of New Middletown, Donald Buckner of Kentucky and George Buckner of Newton Falls; and a sister, Linda Lightner of Brookfield.

She was preceded in death by her foster parents, Dorothy and Robert Buckner.

Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Gednetz-Ruzek Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Payne officiating.

Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will take place in Tod Homestead Cemetery in Youngstown.
