- Joshua R. Elerick, 18, Ride Street, Leetonia, was recently cited for OVI for the Aug. 17 accident in Butler Township in which he was northbound on state Route 9 and went off the east side of the road into three trees.

- Gerald E. Beiling Jr. 53, Oak Street, Leetonia, was backing out of a private drive at 3 p.m. Monday in Butler Township and was struck by Steven P. McGrew, 27, East Wisconsin, Sebring, who was westbound on Winona Road. Beiling was cited for right of way and his passenger, Janet M. Beiling, 44, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries. Mcgrew was also taken to Salem Hospital with minor injuries.

- Casey J. Suter, 23, Buffalo Road, East Rochester, was recently cited for failure to control, seatbelt and OVI for the Nov. 9 accident in West Township at 1:14 p.m. in which he was eastbound on U.S. 30 and went left of center off the road into a sign and a utility pole, then re-entered the road and went off the left side again into a second utility pole and a fence.

- Ralph E. Crum, 53, Prospect Street, Salem, was northbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 6:55 p.m. Saturday and slid off the right side of the road into a ditch and overturned. He was taken to Salem Hospital with minor injuries.

- Danitta Marie Wright, 24, Brenton Road, Salem, was northbound on Old state Route 558 in Salem at 4 a.m. Sunday and slide off the left side of the road into a ditch.

- Matthew D. Uebelacker, 27, Beaver Falls, Pa., was westbound on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 6:45 a.m. Monday and Robert F. Ham, 54, Lipincott Road, East Rochester, was eastbound and was struck by Uebelacker head-on, after Uebelacker went left of center. Uebelacker then went off the right side of the road into a wooden fence and a parked vehicle while Ham went off the right side into a ditch. Uebelacker was cited for lanes of travel and taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.

- Evonne M. Masello, 34, Woodland Drive, New Middletown, was northbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday and went off the right side into a ditch.

- Lucky M. Miller, 33, North Howard Street, Salem, was eastbound on Winona Road in Butler Township at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday and went off the right side into a utility pole. He was cited for failure to control.

- Anita L. Novak, 39, Adams Road, Lisbon, was westbound on state Route 9 in Leetonia at 3:41 p.m. Nov. 26 and lost control on the snow covered road and went off the left side into a mailbox, a private drive, a rock and a tree. Her passengers, Colton Novak, 10, and Nicholas Novak, 8, of Adams Road, Lisbon, were taken to Boardman Children's Medical Center with minor injuries.

- David W. Smith, 25, Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Henry A. Warden, 20, Atlanta, Texas, were eastbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 26 and Warden was struck by Smith after Warden went off the right side into a guardrail and was partially on the road. Warden was cited for failure to control.

- Terry L. Smith, 62, Crawford Road, Wellsville, was southbound on state Route 7 in Madison Township at 4 p.m. Nov. 26 and stopped in traffic and Raymond D. Roe Jr., 53, Y&O Road, Wellsville, was southbound and failed to stop and struck Smith. Roe was cited for assured clear distance.

- Jack L. Hurst, 44, Massillon, was westbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 26 and went off the right side into a tree. He was cited for failure to control.

- Richard L. Taggart, 75, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was eastbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 5 p.m. Nov. 26 and was struck by John D. Hooper, 37, Jefferson Street, Salineville, who was westbound and swerved to avoid another vehicle and went left of center. Hooper was cited for lanes of travel.
