LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Thursday, Laura C. Blake, 47, North Lundy Street, Salem, drug abuse case bound over to Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Own Recognizance bond set at $25,000.

Jonathan M. Weaver, 26, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, domestic violence case bound over to common pleas court. Cash/surety bond set at $100,000.

Anthony Barbero, 33, Austintown, was fined $300, sentenced 13 days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for misuse of credit cards and receiving stolen property.

David R. Kurchina, 38, Clinton, Pa, was fined $900, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, reckless operation and seat belt.

Richard A. Weyand, 47, Harvey Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250, sentenced nine days jail, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 30 hours community service for assault.

John I. Harris, 34, Rayland, Ohio, was fined $130 for speeding.

Connie L. Bollinger, 48, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $100 and ordered to perform 50 hours community service for wrongful entrustment.

Gloria E. Lykens, 23, High Street, Leetonia, failed to appear for theft.

Gerald E. Beiling, 53, Oak Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for failure to yield.

Bobbie L. Lester Jr., 46, East Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 for no operator's license and use of unauthorized plate.

Alyssa L. Williams, 28, Alliance, was fined $150, placed on two years' intensive probation and ordered to perform 20 hours community service for criminal trespass.

Samantha Yocua, 19, Washington Street, Salineville, was fined $30 for two headlights required.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Steven B. Smarr, 37, Sebring, charged with possession of drugs, OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Michael F. Lewis, 30, Caldwell, Lisbon, charged with theft.

A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Jesse N. Ieropoli, 23, Rose Drive, Lisbon, charged with theft.

A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Edward A. Duko II, 26, Cedar Street, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and headlights.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Edward J. Pruett, 46, Youngstown, charged with OVI third offense, driving under suspension and speeding.

A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Chad D. Williams, 33, state Route 45, Lisbon, charged with theft.

A Dec. 19 preliminary hearing was set for Joshua L. Bable, 33, North Front Street, Negley, charged with burglary.

A Jan. 16 extradition was set for Anthony C. Villa, 28, Aliquippa, Pa., charged with fugitive from justice.

A Jan. 16 bond hearing was set for Bobby J. Cusick, 44, Petersburg, Ohio, charged with resisting arrest.
