- Eduardo Clark, 26, Cuyahoga Falls, was driving north on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday when, as he attempted to pass another driver, he lost control of his vehicle and drove off into a ditch. Clark was cited for failure to control.

- Emily Dickerhoof, 22, Hanselman Road, Homeworth, and David Wingett, 58, Hartley Road, Beloit, were both at a stop light at Westville Lake Road in Knox Township at 11:50 a.m. Monday when Dickerhoof was backing up to make room to enter the gas station and hit Wingett in the process. Dickerhoof was cited for improper starting and backing.

- Nicole Schultz, 40, state Route 558, Columbiana, was driving west on state Route 558 at 8:30 a.m. Monday when she was hit by Nina Ricker, 56, Woodville Road, Leetonia, who failed to yield for Schultz at the intersection of Woodville Road and state Route 558. Both drove off of different sides of the road and struck ditches. Both were treated for minor injuries. Ricker was cited for failure to yield to right of way.

- Brian Seevers, 47, Center Street, Lisbon, was driving south on U.S. Route 30 in Elkrun Township at 6:30 a.m. Monday when he hit a deer.

- Wanda Hildebrand, 56, Pickering Street, East Liverpool, was driving north on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 8 p.m. Dec. 29 when the driver side front wheel assembly broke completely off the hub.

- Teresa Stratton, 53, state Route 14, Beloit, was driving north on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 8:09 p.m. Dec. 29 when she drove off the road and hit a utility pole and telephone box before hitting a parked vehicle owned by Tom May, state Route 9, Kensington. Stratton was taken to Salem hospital for minor injuries and was cited for failure to control. Stratton also acknowledged having two beers three hours before driving. A blood sample was taken, but no charges for OVI were filed pending results.

- Nathan Dickinson, 18, South State Street, New Waterford, was driving south on Creek Road in Fairfield Township at 10:04 p.m. Dec. 28 when he lost control, drove off the road and struck a ditch. After collecting information, a trooper later recognized an odor of marijuana from Dickinson, and performed several sobriety tests which determined, along with his actions and inconsistency in his statement, that he was under the influence, and was cited for OVI and failure to control.
