LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, a Jan. 16 preliminary hearing was set for Carrie J. Palmer, 52, state Route 45, Leetonia, cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check to Performance GMC for $2,500 on May 21.
James Price, 23, Burford Street, East Liverpool, was fined $925, had his license suspended for one year and required three days in a counseling program for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and speeding.
Sharon M. Zupo, 54, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $775, required 20 hours community service, had her license suspended for six months and required a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Dakota S. McCluskey, 21, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $500 and sentenced to five days in jail for driving under suspension, failure to stop when directed and failure to control 4510.037J.
Joy A. Dunlap, 45, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $300 for wrongful entrustment and disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business for yelling at police and telling them to get off her property after they attempted to stop a vehicle, which the driver refused to stop until reaching Dunlap's property.
Devaughn Pastore, 20, Wayne Bridge Road, Lisbon, was fined $500, credited with two days served in jail and required 50 hours community service for assault and theft for taking a $2.49 package of Pepperidge Farms Goldfish from Circle K in East Palestine on Oct. 20. The assault charge stated on Oct. 16 Pastore struck another man, Aaron Delo, in the head multiple times, along with a co-defendant, Timmy A. Beaver.
Timothy James Wilson II, 36, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was credited with 24 days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 36 days, fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for domestic violence for biting his girlfriend, Angela Degirolamo, on Dec. 13.
Thomas R. Coffman, 32, Sharp Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to two days in jail and required 30 hours community service for resisting arrest and assault amended from domestic violence. Court documents state Coffman on July 9 punched his 13-year-old son in the mouth and ran when deputies were attempting to take him into custody.
Jason E. Harris, 27, Huck Road, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Tyrone M. Davis, 40, Eighth Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Jerry Louis Malone II, 33, Statesville, N.C., was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Arissa A. Tebay, 27, Woodland Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Cheyenne S. Wilk, 18, Fairfield School Road, Leetonia, was fined $100 for speeding.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Paula A. Green, 50, Lynchburg Road, Kensington, cited with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly calling her husband's cell phone.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Marlin R. Catlos, 51, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with hit skip, failure to control, two counts of theft and disorderly conduct for allegedly taking a bottle of mouthwash from Walmart on Sunday and a bottle of Vodka from Walmart on Thursday. He was allegedly intoxicated both times.

A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Nihayah A. Esmail, 49, Youngstown, cited with failure to control.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Steven J. McVay, 32, Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and use of an unauthorized plate.
A Jan. 28 court trial was set for Priscilla M. Kale, 40, state Route 644, Salineville, cited with improper passing.
A Feb. 10 pretrial was set for Paul M. Smyers, 43, Genesee, Pa., cited with OVI first offense and head lights required.
A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Tawanamie Chambers, 38, Bedford, cited with OVI first offense, two lights displayed and possession of marijuana.
A Feb. 13 pretrial was set for Aaron A. Tucker, 38, Stookesberry Road, Lisbon, charged with criminal damaging and criminal trespassing for allegedly lying about the reason he was on another person's property where he was found to have his pickup buried up to the frame in mud in a field in Elkrun Township.
A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Randy P. Witherow, 46, Haiti Road, Salineville, cited with driving under suspension.
