- Mary J. Falkner, 45, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, was southbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 1:30 a.m. Dec. 30 and went off the right side into a sign and embankment. She was cited for failure to control.

- Ruth L. Zarnosky, 70, Columbiana-Lisbon Road, Columbiana, was northbound on state Route 9 in Hanover Township at 4:25 p.m. Dec. 30 and was struck by Vivian E. Mossy, 79, Lake Knoll Road, Lisbon, who was westbound on state Route 172 and made a left turn and went left of center. Mossy was cited for lanes of travel and Zarnosky was taken to the Salem hospital with possible injuries.

- Allison M. Shipe, 44, East North Street, East Palestine, was northbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 12:30 p.m. Thursday and lost control on snow and went off the left side into an embankment. She was cited for failure to control.

- Marcia L. Griffith, 36, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was southbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 2:40 p.m. Thursday and lost control on snow and struck William H. Dunlap, 40, East South Range Road, New Springfield, who was northbound. Griffith was cited for failure to control.

- Douglas A. Morris, 37, Beacon Light Road, Lisbon, was eastbound on Eagleton Road in Center Township at 4:10 p.m. Friday and was struck by Nelson R. Thomas, 63, Washington Street, Salem, who was westbound and went left of center. Thomas was cited for failure to control.

- Derek A. Williamson, 17, Lowmiller Road, Minerva, was southbound on Lowmiller Road in West Township at 1:52 p.m. Saturday and slid off the left side into a ditch and overturned. He was cited for failure to control.

- Larrisa J. Beachy, 17, Anderson Avenue, Homeworth, was eastbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 3:10 p.m. Saturday and slid off the right side into a stop sign and a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.

- Robert A. Mills Jr., 52, Church Hill Road, Lisbon, was eastbound on state Route 518 in Wayne Township at 7:55 p.m. Saturday and hit a deer.

- A Jersey Ridge Road resident reported at 3:20 p.m. Saturday a vehicle was northbound on Jersey Ridge Road in Salem Township at and went off the right side into a utility pole and a fled.

- A Lowmiller Road man reported at 6:10 p.m. Saturday a Chevy Suburban or GMC Yukon was northbound on Lowmiller Road in West Township and went off the left side into a large rock and a utility pole and continued on.

- Haylie N. Garrett, 18, Beloit, was eastbound on U.S. 30 in West Township at 10:34 p.m. Saturday at a high rate of speed and made a left turn onto Stump Road and then went off the right side into a utility pole, re-entered the road and went off the left side into a tree. She was cited for reckless operation.

- Tony J. Parson, 48, Canton, was eastbound on Georgetown Road in Knox Township at 3:57 a.m. Sunday and went off the right side into a tree. He was cited for OVI, driving under suspension and failure to control and taken to Aultman Hospital with minor injuries.

- Mary J. Falkner, 45, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, was southbound on state Route 170 at 1 a.m. Monday and went off the right side into two mailboxes and a guardrail. She was cited for failure to control, OVI and placed on administrative license suspension.

- Lauren M. Halter, 25, Knox-School Road, Homeworth, was westbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 2:20 p.m. Monday and went left of center and off the left side of the road into a ditch and a telephone equipment hub. She was cited for failure to control.

- Ashley N. Humphreys, 23, Kirk Road, Columbiana, was westbound on state Route 517 in Elkrun Township at 8 a.m. Tuesday and went off the right side into a ditch. She was cited for failure to control.
