Salem News

Pictured are members of Quota International of Salem who attended the group's Christmas party at the Salem Golf Club. President Janice Wells welcomed new member Jamie Elenz. Quotarians are currently working on several projects. They donated toys to be taken to Akron Children's Hospital by Jon Price, a member of the Columbiana County Sheriff's Department. Makeover Mania, "a day of pampering," is Quota's largest fundraiser to be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Feb. 9 at Timberlanes. Tickets are $20 for three services and are available by contacting Michelle Sabbato at 614-371-0933 or any Quotarian. The Salem chapter of Quota was founded in 1925. Quotarians operate the Salem Area Speech and Hearing Clinic serving as receptionists with five speech pathologists currently serving clients. For information on the clinic call Pat Saltsman at 330-337-8136. (Submitted photo)
