LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, David C. Earich, 27, Jefferson Street, Salineville, pleaded guilty to domestic violence and a sentencing hearing was set for Jan. 23. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety. Earich tackled his 17-year-old brother into a wall, grabbed him by the throat, slammed his head off the wall and threw him down the stairs.
Dennis P. Scullion, 62, Superior Avenue, Salem, was fined $850, sentenced to three days in jail or counseling and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia, OVI first offense and lights required.
Christopher C. Linert, 25, state Route 170, East Palestine, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and was ordered to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and lane violations.
Zachery Donald John Lough, 22, French Street, Damascus, was fined $675, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to attend a three-day school for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Joshua R. Elerick, 18, Ridge Street, Leetonia, was fined $325, sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program and had his license suspended 240 days for OVI underage and failure to control.
Jared L. Barton, 19, Ridgewood Drive, Salem, was fined $250, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to 10 days in jail for underage consumption.
