LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Meghan L. Dickey, 26, Washington Street, Salineville, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on charges of burglary, safecracking and theft. Court documents claim on Jan. 10 Dickey admitted to police to committing the three crimes on Nov. 7. Bond was continued at $10,000 cash or surety.

A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for David C. Livingston, 22, Liberty Street, East Palestine, charged with public indecency for allegedly standing on the sidewalk near the front of the Circle K while self pleasuring himself twice in the view of the clerk in the early morning hours Friday. Additionally, police reportedly found a sexual device in his back pocket.

Darryl M. Pudder, 41, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $750 and was credited with 29 days served while sentenced to an additional 61 days in jail for assault for punching Matt Juillerat in the face on Oct. 10 and obstructing official business for attempting to pass off another person's urine as his own at the Municipal Court on Dec. 23.

Torie L. McGraw, 23, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Stephen Vishak, 19, state Route 518, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and headlights violation.

Alexander Kozma, 21, New Buffalo Road, Columbiana, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct for going to the Columbiana Manor and knocking on doors then confronting the tenants with profanity on Jan. 8.

Nicholas Tyler Shaffer, 18, Kent Road, Salem, was fined $100 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Mark A. Razo, 30, Berlin Center, was fined $100 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Thompson, 31, West Pershing Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking Jasmine Lockett in the face during an argument on Monday.

A March 10 pretrial was set for Kimberly D. Jenkins, 44, Short Road, Columbiana, cited with violating a temporary protection order and possession of marijuana. Jenkins is accused on Jan. 1 of being in the company of Richard Manke, whom there was an order demanding she stay away from.

A March 13 pretrial was set for Jennifer R. Fisher, 36, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with assault for allegedly spraying mace in the eyes of a then 17-year-old, multiple disabled girl, of whom she was the legal guardian on Dec. 2. The issue was discovered when the girl came to Wellsville schools the next day with a swollen face and eyes.

A March 13 pretrial was set for Macy N. Gibbs, 21, Toronto, cited with OVI first offense, improper registration, turn signal violation and open container in traffic.
