LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Tuesday, Joseph J. Ackerman, 27, Maplewood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $875, sentenced to 10 days in jail, had his license suspended for 12 months and required 50 hours community service for OVI second offense. A failure to yield the right of way citation was dismissed.
Michael Lee Bable Jr., 32, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $775, had his license suspended for six months, sentenced to either three days in jail or in a counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.
Andrew Lindsay Gibbs, 23, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $675, had his license suspended for six months, was sentenced to three days in jail or in a counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. A lane violation citation was dismissed.
Narciso Lopez Hernandez, 22, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $1,150, had his license suspended for 180 days and was sentenced to 172 additional days in jail with credit for eight days in jail served for OVI first offense, no license, failure to control, hit skip, resisting arrest and assault. The assault charge was amended from a felony assault on a peace officer charge for punching a Salem auxiliary police officer in the eye.
Jessica Keenan, 24, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $300 for hit skip and failure to control.
Jodi Massey, 44, Waynewood Drive, New Waterford, was fined $150, credited with one day served in jail and required 20 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching her husband three times in the back and threatening to kill him on Nov. 9. An obstructing official business citation was dismissed.
Jonathan J. Abbott, 26, Jennings Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, required 20 hours community service and credited with two days in jail for disorderly conduct for nearly falling down several times on Jan. 11 while walking in Salem with an open container of Beams Eight Star Liquor in his hand.
Karen S. Wright, 30, Broadway, Wellsville, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
Jacob E. McCullough, 28, Aetna Street, Salem, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
Justin C. Ingledue, 36, Buckeye Road, Lisbon, was fined $100, required 20 hours community service and credited with one day served in jail for aggravated trespassing for getting onto a Beaver Local School bus and threatening to harm a student on Sept. 16. A menacing citation was dismissed.
Christian Francis, 23, Sanford Street, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and expired registration.
Richard A. Sigley, 52, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, credited with one day in jail served and required 50 hours community service for assault for twisting the arm of Cynthia Williams and slamming her head off the bed when police arrived on Oct. 8.
Shayme M. Stone, 50, state Route 39, Wellsville, was fined $100 and credited with eight days in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. Court documents claim Stone on Jan. 13 kicked down a card table; threatened to punch his ex-wife, who is now his girlfriend; grabbed her dog and threw her across the room and slapped his ex-wife in the face.
An aggravated menacing citation against Shawn D. Ramsey, 36, Struthers, was dismissed due to an inability to locate the victim. Ramsey was accused of threatening to hang Corey Stewart on Aug. 9, making racial comments toward him and referring to the Aryan Brotherhood and Hitler while making threats.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Dustin C. Brayshaw, 20, East Rebecca Street, East Palestine, cited with domestic violence for allegedly headbutting Douglas Brayshaw in the forehead, slamming him against the wall and slamming a door shut on him on Friday.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Marvin W. Harsch, 25, Columbus, cited with driving under suspension, drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia for an alleged needle and a spoon with possible drug residue on it.
A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Clayton T. Powell, 52, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with drug paraphernalia for an alleged crack pipe in his jacket pocket on Sunday.
A Feb. 20 pretrial was set for Shelly M. Creps, 35, Middletown Road, Salem, cited with failure to control.
A Feb. 20 pretrial was set for Sally M. Lewis, 51, West Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with theft for allegedly going through Shawna Lewis' purse and taking her car keys on Nov. 16.
A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Breann K. Heath, 20, Memorial Road, Kensington, cited with telephone harassment for allegedly sending data using Twitter and Facebook of a threatening and slanderous nature regarding a child.
