LISBON - In Columbiana County Common Municipal Court, Ashley D. Cox, 24, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of possession of a controlled substance for allegedly having a spoon inside a boot in her vehicle found by the East Palestine K-9, Toney. The spoon was found to have trace amounts of heroin.

A March 6 preliminary hearing was set for Roger Henry Roe, 49, U.S. Route 50, Millford, charged with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check on May 15 to Performance Trucks for $8,500, which was dishonored.

Justin S. Miller, 30, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, was fined $250 and required 80 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Dodi Householder, 32, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Jennifer D. Reese, 22, last known address Girard, was fined $200, required 30 hours community service and credited with one day served in jail for obstructing official business for striking a police officer attempting to arrest her boyfriend, Bryan Martin, on Sept. 8.

Brian E. Gilbert, 34, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $150, credited with two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. His girlfriend, Candis I. Goudy, was also fined $150, credited with two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence. The two reportedly fought each other on Oct. 26, leaving bloody marks on both of them.

Donald White, 29, Mattix Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and a stop lights violation.

Lorraine A. Utter, 32, East State Street, Salem, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

Linda L. Bowling, 52, West Fifth Street, Salem, was ordered to attend the STAR program for theft for leaving the Salem Walmart without paying for $292 in merchandise on Dec. 17.

Dustin T. Whaley, 18, South Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and credited with two days served for disorderly conduct for yelling and cursing while interrupting police attempting to determine what happened during a domestic dispute on Saturday.

Barbara Luketic, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, was fined $100 for two counts of failure to register a dog and failure to confine a dog.

Jack Shattuck, 24, Hubbard, was fined $100 for speeding.

A Jan. 30 pretrial was set for David W. Gamble, 18, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, charged with menacing for allegedly sending threatening test messages to a 13-year-old girl on Friday.

A Jan. 30 pretrial was set for Joshua J. McFarland, 21, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with disorderly conduct for causing problems at Salem Community Hospital while he was being treated on July 5, 2012.

A Feb. 3 pretrial was set for Steven E. Boggs, 29, 14th Street, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing Nyasia Buzzard, pushed her down the by the neck, slapped her in the face and threw bricks at her vehicle.

A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for James L. Copley, 48, Ridge Street, Leetonia, cited with domestic violence for allegedly punching Deborah Copley in the face and attempting to choke her on Sept. 22.

A Feb. 20 pretrial was set for Ryan A. Little, 33, Lynchburg Road, Kensington, cited with failure to control.

A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for John W. Matheny, 33, Echo Valley Road, Wellsville, cited with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly taking a 2004 Acura owned by Melissa DeCara, without her permission on Friday.

A March 3 pretrial was set for Lynette Boyle, 44, Ephriam Street, East Liverpool, cited with failure to reinstate her license.

A March 18 pretrial was set for Sheila A. Burson, 44, state Route 170, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and traffic control devices.
