SALEM - Mary E. Jack, 92, of Salem, died Saturday at the Salem Regional Medical Center.
Born July 29, 1921, in St. Marys, W. Va., she was the daughter of Earl and Lucy Mae Underwood.
Mrs. Jack resided with her daughter and son-in-law in Salem and was a member of the Greenford Christian Church. She was a ward clerk at Trinity East in Steubenville for 20 years before retiring at age 67.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall F. Jack, who died at age 50 in 1969.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy K. (George) Hugus of Salem and Marsha L. (Jim) McCosky of Prospect, Ky.; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Union Cemetery Chapel in Steubenville with her grandson, the Rev. Jeff Hugus, officiating.
