LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Friday David Winters, 29, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $675, sentenced to three days in counseling, required 30 hours community service and had his license suspended for six months for OVI first offense. A failure to control citation was dismissed.

David R. Wales, 25, Green Tree Place, Lisbon, was fined $310, sentenced to three days in jail and required 50 hours community service for driving under a 12-point suspension, speeding and traffic control devices.

Shannon L. Flauto, 38, Poland, was fined $150 for speeding.

Joshua L. Wilczek, 20, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, was fined $130 for speeding and no license amended from driving under suspension.

Jessica N. Bobby, 31, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $100 and required 50 hours community service for wrongful entrustment for allowing her 16-year-old unlicensed cousin to drive her vehicle to the store on Jan. 22.

Ashraf Isaac, 40, Warren, was fined $75 for use of unauthorized plate.

A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Jared M. Coil, 26, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing his girlfriend Beth Marshall by the hair and banging her head off the bathroom sink.

A March 4 pretrial was set for Douglas A. Williams, 55, Glasgow Road, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A March 10 pretrial was set for Ronald D. Lacey, 37, Graham Street, Lisbon, charged with reckless operation for allegedly driving 71 mph in a 45 mph zone and passing two vehicles in a no passing zone on Jan. 18. He was fined $60 for a second speeding citation on Jan. 30 for driving 46 mph in a 25 mph zone.
