- A head injury from a shooting accident was reported at 6:26 p.m. Monday by Alliance Community Hospital. Jacob Bell, U.S. Route 30, East Rochester, was shooting an AK-47 at a metal target in a woodpile on the property. According to his father something ricocheted from the target and struck his son in the left side of the head.

- Tammy Fox, state Route 518, Lisbon, reported Tuesday that on Feb. 13 someone used her Home Savings debit card to make a purchase from K-Mart for a GPS unit, which was then mailed to an address in Michigan. She contacted K-Mart four times on Feb. 13-15 in order to get the transaction stopped as someone attempted it several times.

- Kevin Young, Kelly Park Road, Columbiana, reported at 9:09 p.m. Monday when he came home he found the window to his back door broken out and numerous items missing. There were 15 guns and ammunition taken from a gun cabinet, including rifles, shotguns and muzzleloaders. Also missing were a jewelry box with four watches and miscellaneous jewelry and a large Coke bottle containing an undetermined amount of loose change.
