- Tammy L. Richards, 43, Clewell Drive, Lisbon, was eastbound on Votaw Boulevard in Hanover Township at 1 p.m. Tuesday and Ronald T. Campbell Jr., 44, Votaw Drive, Lisbon, was westbound and they sideswiped each other.

- Lara L. Welch-Fraser, 30, 10th Street Extension, Wellsville, was eastbound on state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township at 7:20 a.m. Tuesday and went off the right side into a guardrail. She was cited for failure to control.

- Loretta L. Stoffel, 39, Hammond School Road, Wellsville, was eastbound on Township Line Road in Madison Township at 3:23 p.m. Sunday and Bambi N. Chase, 26, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was westbound and lost control on snow and went left of center into Stoffel. Chase was cited for failure to control.

- Tiffany M. Randolph, 25, Nickle Road, Salineville, was southbound on Smith Road in Franklin Township at 3:18 p.m. Sunday and Jacqueline S. Moore, 33, state Route 644, Hanoverton, was northbound and they sideswiped each other.

- Nick Rhodes, 40, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was southeastbound on Sprucevale Road in Middleton Township at 10:20 a.m. Monday and went off the south side into a mailbox, a culvert, then went airborne into an embankment and a pole. He was cited for occupant restraining devices.

- Kate T. Moore, 63, was eastbound on Cameron Road in Madison Township at 3:20 p.m. Monday and another vehicle went left of center forcing Moore to go off the right side into an embankment. The vehicle then re-entered the road and went off the left side into a tree.

- Damion L. Thomas, 35, Youngstown, was northbound on U.S. 30 in Madison Township at 11:51 p.m. Monday and went off the right side into a mound of snow.
