Lisbon woman pleads guilty to drug counts

LISBON - Kathy Talbot, 52, state Route 164, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to eight counts of trafficking in drugs. She faces up to eight and a half years in prison, up to $22,500 in fines and a 40-year license suspension. Talbot was involved in the sale of cocaine on June 6, 2012; June 20, 2012; July 3, 2012; July 17, 2012; July 31, 2012; and March 18, 2013. Additionally, she sold heroin on Jan. 23, 2013 and oxycodone on June 15, 2012. Sentencing is set for July 25.
