LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Michael F. Hipsley, 21, state Route 39, Salineville, was bound over to the county grand jury on a burglary charge. Bond was set at $12,500 cash or surety. Hipsley is accused of taking items from a home on Fink Road, Salineville on April 25.
Jeffrey L. Burchett, 51, Union Avenue Southeast, Minerva, was fined $1,000, sentenced to 30 days in jail, had his license suspended for two years and required 50 hours community service for OVI breath first offense. A failure to display a valid sticker citation was dismissed.
Travis E. Hickman, 30, Scott Drive, Alliance, was fined $875, had his license suspended for a year, was required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for failure to reinstate a license, open container and OVI first offense amended from OVI second offense.
Dennis R. King II, 36, Newland, N.C., was fined $675, had his license suspended for six months and required three days in counseling for OVI first offense and tail lights.
William K. Leverentz, 54, Sarasota, Fla., was credited with eight days served in jail for disorderly conduct for acting unruly at Mason Steakhouse in Washingtonville while intoxicated on May 7, kicking, hitting and head butting customers and employees who were attempting to keep him from leaving on his bicycle.
Shauna S. Simonds, 23, Main Street, Leetonia, was fined $250, sentenced to five days in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for nearly $24 in merchandise shoplifted at the Salem Walmart on June 18, 2010. A criminal trespassing citation was dismissed.
Jerry Jackson, 32, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $250 and credited with two days served in jail for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for punching a hole in the wall and knocking over a table during an argument with his fiance on March 29.
Abby J. Atwood, 26, Elson Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for assured clear distance and no license amended from driving under suspension.
James S. Phillips, 51, South Union Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for no license amended from failure to reinstate a license.
Dylan W. McDevitt, 20, Yellow Creek Church Road, Salineville, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Dylan Klaas, 18, Jefferson Street, Salem, was fined $130 and required 25 hours community service for littering and no seat belt.
Pamela L. Scott, 39, Spaite Drive, East Palestine, was fined $100 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana. A drug paraphernalia citation was dismissed.
Durand R. Foutz, 21, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for drug paraphernalia for a smoking pipe with residue on May 10.
Joshua L. Griffin, 20, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $80 and required 25 hours community service for failure to reinstate a license and a turn signal violation.
David C. Carlin, 23, Taylor Road, Negley, was fined $80 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Kurtis Blakeslee, 31, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was fined $50 for open container and no license.
Lindsay Ann Bosel, 26, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $50 for no license.
Richard W. Newton, 74, Beechwood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $50 for no motorcycle endorsement and an equipment violation.
David James Bell, 48, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $35 for speeding.
Jonathan N. Adams, 37, Chamberlain Street, Negley, was fined $30 for a seat belt violation. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed due to a Bureau of Motor Vehicle error.
Patricia E. Sheppard, 31, High Street, Washingtonville, was ordered to pay costs only for no license.
Paul J. Kern Jr., 34, Wood Street, East Palestine, was ordered to pay costs only for a rear license plate violation.
