SENECAVILLE - Olive Ann Coulter, 84, of Senecaville, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014, at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 5, 1929, in Noble County and was the daughter of the late Norval Davis and Emma (Hutchison) Albright.
Mrs. Coulter was previously employed at the Cambridge State Hospital and Hutton Nursing Home, Salem, Ohio, in the human resources department, and MHS Booster member from 1976-1980. She was a member of Main Avenue United Methodist Church, and a 1947 graduate of Byesville High School. Olive enjoyed cooking and cleaning and was an avid sports fan especially The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved baking, making others happy and was an avid novel reader.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Henry Albright, Juanita LaMoncha and Edward Albright.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Maurice Coulter, whom she married Sept. 15, 1951; a loving mother and grandmother to two sons, Tim (Cheryl) Coulter of Pleasant City and David (Pamela) Coulter of Springfield; one daughter, Kimberly (Joseph) Mulvey of Massachusetts; seven grandchildren, Mandy (Kevin) Toomey, Joseph Mulvey, Trevor (Kristen) Mulvey, Kelli (Michael) Haney, Zachary (Jennifer) Coulter, Brantley and Emerson Coulter; four great-grandchildren, Alexandra Roy, Sadie Crowell, Tucker Mulvey and Julie Mulvey; one great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Crowell; and one brother, Jerry (Sandra) Davis of Zanesville.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Black-Epperson Funeral Home in Byesville where services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
