Woman pleads guilty to unauthorized use connected to Lotto ticket case

LISBON - In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Tuesday, Rouz A. Elkady, 36, New Road, Austintown, pleaded guilty to one count of complicity to unauthorized use of property, and was sentenced by Judge Scott Washam to two years probation. The charges stem from her involvement in assisting Saleh M. Fahmawi and Ashraf M. Fahmawi in the unauthorized use of an Ohio Lottery ticket.
