COLUMBIANA - Raymond C. Horner Jr., 83, of Columbiana, died at 1:30 a.m. Monday at the Essex of Salem III.
He was born Aug. 4, 1930 in East Liverpool, a son of the late Raymond C. Sr. and Minnie (Talbott) Horner.
Mr. Horner had been formerly employed as a security guard at the Harrah's Casino in Lake Tahoe, Nev., and served in the U.S. Army.
His wife, Anna E. (Ballard) Crider Horner, whom he married Dec. 23, 1994, survives him along with two daughters, Shirley Lucent of Youngstown and Karen Flag of Seaside, Ore.; a stepdaughter, Mary Lilly of Beaver, W. Va.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Two daughters, Linda and Sandy preceded him in death.
