LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, an Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Valerie J. Rockenberger, 44, North Market Street, East Palestine, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct for allegedly interrupting deputies' attempts to investigate a call about a person with a gun in the area of Lotze Drive, East Palestine on Monday.
Brian L. Jarvis, 59, last known address Saltwell Road, Lisbon, signed a waiver of extradition allowing him to be returned to Texas where he has a warrant for an alleged parole violation. Jarvis was stopped by Perry Township police on state Route 344 at Cunningham Road on Monday.
Logan D. Hull, 24, Arbor Road, Mechanicstown, was fined $1,000, had his license suspended for a year and was sentenced to 10 days in jail for OVI second offense. A failure to display a valid sticker citation was dismissed.
Eric Bell, 25, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $825, required to attend a three-day counseling program and had his license suspended for 180 days for drug paraphernalia and physical control.
James T. Mills, 49, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.
John R. Hall, 23, Niles, was fined $675, required 30 hours of community service, had his license suspended for six months and sentenced to attend a three-day program for OVI first offense.
Heath A. Broadbent, 29, state Route 7, Columbiana, was fined $300 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, open container, turn signal violation and loud exhaust.
Steven Watters, 36, Depot Street, Rogers, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Tanya A. Papic, 59, Elberon Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Jerad J. Chestnut, 24, McAllister Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with one day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for persistent disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for allegedly holding Alicia Bailey from behind while his sister, a juvenile, struck Bailey. He then threw her to the ground and injured her wrist.
Heather L. Richardson, 26, Metz Road, Columbiana, was fined $225 for speeding and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Thomas L. Kidder, 34, East Sixth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $160 for failure to reinstate a license, speeding and a seat belt violation.
Lance M. Morris, 28, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with a day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault for pushing Melissa G. Doyle, dragging her outside and slamming her head off the ground several times on June 24.
Jeremiah A. Javens, 19, Hazel Run Road, Hammondsville, was fined $150 for failure to control and permitting an operator to drive without a valid license.
Christopher Juillerat, 25, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, sentenced to 40 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for criminal damaging for ripping part of another person's fence out of the ground and throwing it onto the railroad tracks on June 12.
William R. Beesler Jr., 33, County Home Road, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with 14 days served in jail and sentenced to an additional 166 for theft. Beesler took a purse belonging to Dana Blackburn from a vehicle while it was parked at the Lisbon Eagles on June 4, taking the contents from the purse and hiding it in a mailbox.
John M. Elliott, 38, North Sumner Street, East Palestine, was fined $150, credited with three days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for grabbing Dakota Mitchell, choking him, grabbing him and pushing him into a window on April 11.
Issac LeMasters, 44, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $100, credited with one day served in jail and required 40 hours community service for unauthorized use of property amended from theft for taking a heater from Nancy Dixion's house and putting it at another relative's house of Feb. 27.
Amy D. Heald, 31, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $100 for two counts of license expired less than six months.
Joshua C. Pastore, 28, Alderlick Road, Salineville, was fined $100 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.
John D. Dunlap II, 40, Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Phoebe A. Crochet, Bayard Road, Minerva, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for allegedly slapping her daughter in the face several times for being disrespectful.
Charges of of criminal damaging and domestic violence were dismissed against Jedidiah Wilson, 23, East Main Street, Salineville, due to the inability to locate the victim, Courtney Wilson. He was fined $75 for dogs running a large.
Artur J. Marques, 41, Brockton, Mass., was fined $70 for speeding and a seat belt violation.
Pete L. Gibson, 29, Jennings Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $50 for no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.
Adam Lodge, 22, Boston Street, Washingtonville, was fined $50 for failure to reinstate a license and marked lanes.
A domestic violence citation against Megan R. Morrow, 27, Maple Street, Leetonia, was dismissed without jeopardy to to evidentiary issues.
A July 24 pretrial was set for George E. Faulkner, 27, Quincy Avenue, Columbiana, cited with failure to comply, hit skip private property, failure to reinstate a license, failure to control and speeding. Faulkner allegedly was found driving at 63 mph in a 25 mph zone in Columbiana, fled the vehicle and was found by a K-9 from Beaver Township behind another Quincy Avenue home on Friday.
A July 24 pretrial was set for Lance J. Dangelo, 23, East State Street, Salem, charged with assault and obstructing official business for allegedly injuring the arm of his roommate, Gerald Depanfilo on Thursday and then running from police.
A July 28 pretrial was set for Zachary D. Plumley, 23, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Amber Watkins by slamming her to the floor, choking her and striking her in the head on Sunday.
An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Robbin K. Zimmerman, 45, North Market Street, East Palestine, cited with passing bad checks for allegedly writing a check for $500 to Terri and Doug Riley as rent for an apartment, which was returned as being written on a closed account.
An Aug. 14 pretrial was set for Bobbi J. Mosser, 46, Fair Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly taking a bottle of liquor costing $17 from Gene's Drive Thru in Salem.
An Aug. 18 pretrial was set for Shirley Edward Moore, 52, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly shoving Linda S. Moore into a refrigerator using his elbow during an argument on Sunday.
An Aug. 21 pretrial was set for John P. Clemens, 32, Tower Road, Salem, cited with OVI third offense, hit skip private property, failure to control, driving under suspension, speeding and falsification for allegedly giving Salem police a false name and birthdate on May 15.
A Sept. 2 pretrial was set for Diana L. Andre, 34, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly having $170 in stolen merchandise stuffed under the seats of a van she was riding in on May 16. The items were reportedly taken from the Salem Walmart just before the traffic stop.
