LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court on Monday Brock R. Ward, 30, Park Boulevard East, East Liverpool, was credited with five days served and sentenced to 95 additional days for theft and criminal trespassing. Ward took five money bags containing about $200 from at about 2:15 a.m. July 31 at the Salem Elk's Lodge.
Stephen W. Bell Jr., 28, East Third Street, Salem, was credited with five days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail for criminal damaging for breaking a window at an East Third Street home on Dec. 13 and then fleeing.
Brad E. Schaeffer, 44, Carrollton, was fined $150 for speeding.
Donald G. Bouscher, 70, Staunton Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speed.
John J. Pederzolli, 32, Cleveland, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Nicholas R. Hull, 23, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $130 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.
Ann Lynn Bobalik, 49, Brandon Drive, Wellsville, was fined $130 for a stop sign violation and driving under suspension.
Nyle A. Toussaint, 21, South Mahoning Avenue, Alliance, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Kenneth W. McQuistioin, 22, Middleton Road, Columbiana, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Lester D. Lovett Jr., 21, South Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for six months for drug abuse for marijuana on Jan. 23.
Bobbie L. Lester Jr., 47, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.
Eugene J. Blanchard, 43, Canton, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Carol S. Shultz, 56, Hanover Road, Salineville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Ernest W. Sallade Jr., 39, Jackson Street, Minerva, was fined $80 for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation. A no license citation was dismissed.
Richard L. Randolph Jr., 30, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for no motorcycle endorsement.
Scott A. Bailey, 44, Short Street, Salem, was fined $75 for reckless operation.
Roderick A. Neill, 41, West Pennsylvania Avenue, Sebring, was fined $65 for speeding and child restraint.
A speeding citation was dismissed against Mark A. Walker, 45, Akron.
An Aug. 28 pretrial was set for Michael A. Grzymala, 40, Magavern Road, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening to hit his parents and then threatening to ram the patrol vehicle of the deputy when he arrived on Saturday.
A Sept. 2 pretrial was set for Joseph B. Ray, 49, Alamosa, Col., cited with theft for allegedly pumping $58 at Circle K, East State Street, Salem, without having any cash to pay for it.
A Sept. 2 pretrial was set for Scott D. Wallen, 55, Mill Street, Salineville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly trying to stab his girlfriend's son, Cody Jones, with a screw driver on Friday.
A Sept. 16 pretrial was set for Mashella L. Richards, 44, Green Lane, East Liverpool, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly damaging the camper of Robert Thouvenin in The Threshing Floor Campground on Mattix Road, Lisbon, on May 26.
