{:>) Good luck and be advised people shooting are resonsible for srtay bullets or shot. I don't blame them though because if any wild animal gets hungry enough they could drag off one of our little ones at a school bus stop.
The last time I checked the back of my calf was still attached and perhaps that is due to people shooting coyotes.LOL ! {:>)
I hear them most nights. I shoot every one I can get a red eye on. There are packs to the south of town near the city limits also. Nice size ones. Must be a lot of food near Salem.
YES !! YES !! YES !! we can hear them REAL close in our woods.. from all directions .. they have even been in our front yard. we have dogs and donkeys .. i worry alot about them coming around and hurting my animals. i wish i had a better gun .. i would take it outside with me every time i let my dogs out.

I had a former Salem PD officer tell me that he had seen them in town.He worked nights.They will eat a cat or a dog.Strays beware.
