If Congress legalizes online poker (and taxes it), but individual states outlaw it in their states, then what?

They can't decide who is going to enforce immigration, and certain states flat out ignore federal law regarding marijuana so Congressional approval of online doesn't seem to mean much.

Here were Obama's conditions for signing this: 1. Second amendment must be upheld 2. NO restrictions on civilian possession or trade of firearms otherwise permitted by law or protected by the constitution 3. No dilution or diminishing sovereign control over issues involving private acquisition, ownership, or possession of firearms, which MUST remain matters of domestic law.
