How about something important:

HEADLINE: Obama To Ignore Senate, Sign 2nd Amendment-Violating U.N. Gun Treaty

"A majority in the U.S. Senate has told President Barack Obama not to do it. There’s no doubt that an overwhelming majority of Americans would oppose it — if the media ever told them about it.

Nonetheless, this past Monday, Secretary of State John Kerry said that Obama will sign a controversial gun-control treaty promulgated by the United Nations. demands that every nation create a registry of gun owners, manufacturers and traders within its borders. "

Here were Obama's conditions for signing this: 1. Second amendment must be upheld 2. NO restrictions on civilian possession or trade of firearms otherwise permitted by law or protected by the constitution 3. No dilution or diminishing sovereign control over issues involving private acquisition, ownership, or possession of firearms, which MUST remain matters of domestic law.

If Congress legalizes online poker (and taxes it), but individual states outlaw it in their states, then what?

They can't decide who is going to enforce immigration, and certain states flat out ignore federal law regarding marijuana so Congressional approval of online doesn't seem to mean much.
