What about the Hippocratic oath that states, "I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody if asked for it nor will I make a suggestion to that effect."?

I praise the hospice workers who help patients live out their lives with dignity so they can die with true dignity.

No evaluation for depression is needed before Dr.s in OR, WA prescribe lethal drugs. No counseling to see if, for example, a patient might want to live, but is worried about being a burden. One has to ask why not.

Here's my take. Just me. Doesn't mean everybody will see it the way I do.

Sometimes, I think watching our medical profession make a "profit" off of sick and dying people is more inhuman than somebody that no longer wishes to live in pain and suffering.
