First off, using the word U.S. isn't fair. Of course, FEMA was a disaster in itself, the Red Cross was a laugh. The help that made an impact on recovery and the survival came from church organziations all across America. Credit also to the National Guard. They were superb in their efforts.

It has been proven the U.S. couldn't handle it with their reaction to the flooding in New Orleansand Mississippi areas.
