Finally! It took an awful long time but Tiger Woods finally dialed things in. Woods' caddie Joe LaCava said Tiger hit every shot exactly the way he wanted Sunday en route to a final round 62 -- his best ever Sunday score on the PGA Tour.

Clarke comes through

Darren Clarke did what no one else in the Open Championship field could. For four days he stayed the course.

That's certainly nothing new of an Open champion.

So with 54 holes in the books at the Open Championship and the weather seemingly getting worse as we go, it appears whoever survives Sunday is going to walk away with the Claret Jug.

You can make a case for anyone that's even par or bette.

It would figure the first time in oh, I don't know, say 10 majors that I don't make Miguel Angel-Jiminez one of my picks that he would fire an opening-round 66 and be a stroke off the lead.

Alright, even though a guy no one outside of golf's most ardent followers has ever heard of, Charl Schwartzel, won the Masters, it was one of the most fun to watch in recent memory.
