COLUMBIANA – Columbiana’s boys golf team moved to 9-0 on the season by topping Jackson-Milton 146-168 on Tuesday at Valley Golf Club.

For Columbiana, Bruce Wiggins had a 33, Jared Wilson 35, Griffin Williams 37 and Joe Lucci 41.

For Jackson-Milton, Nick Householder led with a 39.

Lowellville 194

COITSVILLE-Leetonia defeated Lowellville 174-194 in golf action Tuesday at Bedford Trails Golf Course.

For Leetonia (8-3) Josh Faulkner had a 39, Hunter Smith 42, Corey Valentine 45 and Brandon Custer 48.

For Lowellville, Geno Fraticelli carded a 44, Tyler Barone 50, Devin Wright 50 and Jordan Zackasee 50.

The Bears travel to Olde Dutch Mill Golf Course Thursday to face Mineral Ridge.

Springfield 206

NEW GARDEN – United’s golf team topped Springfield with a 192-206 win on Tuesday at Eagle Pass.

For United, Caleb Berdine had a 44, Hayden Wilson 48, Isaiah Chestnut 48 and Conner Higgins 52.

For Springfield, Alex Grantonic shot a 50, John Danks 51, Corey Karabin 52 and Garret Doran 53.

United hosts Crestview today.

Mineral Ridge 190, Wellsville 202

WELLSVILLE – The Wellsville golf team struggled with Mineral Ridge as the Rams knocked off the Tigers 190-202 Tuesday at Cedar Hills.

For the Tigers (2-5), Nick Bayer led with a 44, followed by Jake Green with 48, Chase Cartwright with 49 and Noah Palmer with 61.

The Tigers compete Thursday in a quad match against McDonald, Southern and host Sebring.

East Palestine 167, Crestview 185

EAST PALESTINE-The East Palestine golf team downed Crestview 167-185 Tuesday.

Andy Ellis led the Bulldogs (10-1) with a 39, while D.J. Bandy and Colin Reidy each shot 42 and Ryan Kemp followed with a 44.

For the Rebels, Craig Landsberger shot a 43, Taylor Coblentz 45, Kaden Davis 48 and Ryan Kost 49.

The Bulldogs are at South Range Wednesday.
