Kate Lyndsay Bauman becomes bride of Thomas Edward Stewart
Kate Lyndsay Bauman and Thomas Edward Stewart exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 5 at Abundant Life Fellowship in New Waterford. Pastor Jeff Schoch officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Dee Bauman of Minerva. She graduated from Minerva High School, and is a volunteer at Alliance Community Hospital.
The bridegroom is the son of Rachelle Adams of Salem and Thomas Stewart of New Waterford. He graduated from Crestview High School and Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. He is employed at East Manufacturing in Randolph as a welder builder.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents. She wore a white floor-length, flowing A-line strapless chiffon gown featuring a sweetheart neckline with a gathered bodice embellished by a beaded motif which gathered the empire waist, along with a chapel-length train. Her two-tier mid-length tulle veil was enhanced with a beaded edge and accented with a tiara. She carried a bouquet of deep pink and white roses and white Calla lilies.
The bride’s sister, Laura Bauman of Minerva, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Natalee Stewart of New Waterford, the bridegroom’s sister; and Leslie Pearson of Minerva. They wore matching pink knee-length crinkle chiffon dresses featuring a sweetheart neckline with a front cascade. They carried bouquets of pink and white peonies.
The flower girl was Rylee Adams of Salem, the bridegroom’s sister. She wore a white floor-length dress accented with a pink sash and carried a bouquet of pink peonies.
Seth Marriotti of Rogers served as the best man. Groomsmen were Aaron Dubray of Lisbon and Shane Taubert of East Liverpool, the bridegroom’s cousins.
The ring bearer was Aaron Diaz of East Liverpool, bridegroom’s cousin.
Special music was provided by the bride’s father during the ceremony, who sang to the couple the same song he sang to his own bride years ago.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Siesta Key, Fla. and are currently residing in Damascus.
