Mayor proclaims National Service Recognition Day

Salem Mayor John Berlin, left, proclaimed National Service Recognition Day on April 3 with Craig Brown, coordinator of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program of Columbiana and Jefferson counties. In his proclamation, the mayor encouraged Salem residents to recognize the positive impact of national service in the community and to thank those who serve and give back.
