Celebrating EuroGyro

Salem Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors help members of the Istocki family, who own and operate EuroGyro, celebrate the success of their Salem location at the corner of State and Ellsworth with a ribbon cutting ceremony held Tuesday morning. The restaurant opened this past summer and chamber Executive Director Lori Jewell welcomed them to the community. “We hope to serve Salem for many years to come,” Sonya Istocka said after her parents, Mary and George Istocki, cut the ribbon, also accompanied by their daughter Rosie Istocka. General Manager Ryan Singleton said they sometimes have live entertainment and they’re working on a Facebook page. The website is www.EuroGyro.com. The hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday. Call 330-332-4976 for carryout orders.
