Alchemy Acres Animal Sanctuary will host a fundraiser at the Salem Bob Evans restaurant, 2299 E. State St., from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday. The restaurant will donate 15 percent of the cost of a diner’s meal to Alchemy Acres if the diner presents a special flyer. Diners can bring up this flyer on their smart phones by doing a search for Alchemy Acres’ Facebook page. Flyers may also be obtained by stopping by Alchemy Acres at 1859 Depot Road in Salem. All proceeds from this event benefit the animals at Alchemy Acres Animal Sanctuary.
