Nine more COVID-19 cases in county including two deaths
The Columbiana County Health District is reporting that as of 8:30 a.m. today there have been nine more positive COVID-19 cases including two deaths. The deaths were both long-term care facilities residents: an 89-year-old male and a 96-year-old female. Each had underlying health conditions. There have been 271 total cases including 25 in long-term care facilities and 62 in the Elkton Federal Prison. There have been 26 deaths including 17 males and nine females with ages ranging from 43-to-96 years old. Data released may not be reflected in the totals released today by the Ohio Dept. of Health and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
