Workers have returned to finish the permanent repairs on the EuroGyro building at the corner of State and Ellsworth in Salem. Barricades went back up Tuesday morning, blocking off West State Street between Howard and Ellsworth. Salem Service/Safety Director Ken Kenst said the project could take up to eight weeks.
