Lisbon’s 40th anniversary as a Tree City USA was celebrated this week when staffers from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources’ Division of Forestry stopped by to present the village with a special flag. More than 70 trees have been planted in the village over the last two years. Countless trees have been trimmed or taken down when needed.
