Raffle baskets from Salem class of ‘69

The Salem Memorial Building at 785 E. State St. will present the 2018 Holiday Arts and Crafts show from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 8 featuring local vendors. Scott Sheldon, building manager, said at least 20 vendors will exhibit displays including the Salem High School Class of 1969. The class of ’69 will raffle off 10 gift baskets with the proceeds benefiting the Salem High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund and is run by the class of ’69’s 50th-year reunion committee. Food will be available for purchase at the concession stand which features soup, sandwiches, beverages, etc. Proceeds from the vendor table rental fee and kitchen sales will benefit the Memorial Building which is a United Way Agency.
