Pie safe to be sold at Strawberry Fest
WINONA–Among the offerings at the 2 p.m. auction in Winona on Sunday will be a traditional pie safe made by local craftsman Don Conser. A handmade signature quilt stitched by local volunteers and depicting the 1838 Meeting House/Museum, as well as items donated by local businesses and community members, will also be sold at the auction.
Food service and activities begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude after the auction, all at the Quaker Meeting House grounds at the corner of Winona Road and Cameron Street in Winona. Proceeds benefit the Winona Area Historical Society’s museum and building programs.
