Local singer-songwriter Chip Richter will perform at 2 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Columbiana Public Library’s Free Family Concert. Richter will serve up stories, songs and smiles “Family Style,” with a performance filled with his gentle spirit, pleasant and winsome style, and an unmistakable connection with children and family audiences.
