Mahoning Valley Hospital Foundation makes pledge to Rescue Mission campaign

YOUNGSTOWN–The Mahoning Valley Hospital Foundation announced a pledge of $250,000 for the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley Capital Campaign to be used in building the new Rescue Mission.

A formal check presentation of the initial $50,000 payment to help “Move Our Mission” occurred on Oct. 15 at Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.

President and CEO Mike Senchak said, “The Mahoning Valley Hospital Foundation Board of Directors would like to thank your organization for all you do for our community.”

The Move Our Mission Groundbreaking has been set for 10 a.m. Oct. 31 at the future location of the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley, just off of Oakland Avenue on Youngstown’s Northside.
