FRC prepares packets
LISBON– Family Recovery Center Prevention staff is mobilized and working on putting together 1000 “resilience packets” to be distributed at food pantries, food giveaway events and schools. These resilience packets will include mental health promotional items, tips for parents, as well as games and activities for children. Depending on the needs of various organizations, the packets will be customized to meet those individual needs. In addition to the distribution of these resiliency packets, Family Recovery Center Prevention staff is offering to volunteer time at pantries, schools, or any activity behind the scenes that may help during these difficult times. Any schools, nonprofit organizations, food pantries, etc. that would like to use FRC Precention staff help may contact Joe Rawson, Director of Prevention Services, at 330-424-0531 ext. 144.
