ODOT project updates
— State Route 7 just south of state Route 165 will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 10 through Friday, Aug. 14 for a culvert replacement. The detour will be state Route 14 to state Route 164 to state Route 165.
— U.S. Route 30 slide repair project: Located west of Lisbon. One lane of traffic is maintained via temporary traffic signals. Completion date is Aug. 31.
— U.S.Route 30 (Lincoln Way) traffic signal upgrade: Project includes signal upgrades at the intersections of U.S. 30 (Lincoln Way) with SR 45/SR 154, Beaver Street, Market Street and Jefferson Street. Completion date is Oct. 31.
— State Route 11 resurfacing project: Project includes the resurfacing of SR 11 from the Columbiana/Mahoning County line to just south of the SR 344 interchange. During this work one 11-foot lane of traffic maintained. Completion date: Sept. 30.
— SR 7 bridge replacement: Located east of Columbiana between SR 14 and Metz Road. Traffic maintained via temporary traffic signals. Completion date: June 30, 2021.
— Safety project in East Palestine: This project includes the installation of pavement markings, traffic signal upgrades, and pedestrian signal upgrades. Traffic maintained via flaggers when necessary. Completion date: Sept. 30.
— Multiple Columbiana County routes to be resurfaced: Project includes the resurfacing of multiple routes including SR 45 in Salem from Depot Road to U.S. Route 62, SR 558 from SR 45 to SR 517, and SR 9 from the Carroll/Columbiana County line to U.S. Route 30.
— State Route 172 roadway rehabilitation: Resurfacing of SR 172 from the Stark/Columbiana County line to New Garden. Traffic will be maintained via flaggers. Completion date: Oct. 31.
