Salem Library to host jams and jellies class on Zoom Sept. 21
SALEM — The Salem Public Library will host “Zoom Jams and Jellies Cooking Class” program from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 21 by one of the fine chefs from Red Stick Spice Company of Baton Rouge, La. Attendees will learn jelly and jam making recipes with a touch of southern influence.
This delicious class is another episode in the library’s “Play with Your Food” series which focuses on a different food related topic once each quarter of the year.
This cooking class is free of cost to attend online and is open to the public. Registration is required and an up-to-date email address must be provided to link attendees with the Zoom connection.
