Treasure Hunt at Centennial Park

SALEM– Salem Parks and Recreation Department along with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services is hosting a Treasure Hunt at 11 a.m. Sept. 26 at Centennial Park in place of the canceled 2020 Easter Egg Hunt. This event is for children ages 10 and under. Separate areas of the park will be used in order to maintain the current Health Orders. The three separate age groups and locations are: Under 5 (11 a.m.), between the back of the playground and pavilion 7 right off of Maple Street; ages 5, 6, 7 (11:15 a.m.), in the outfields of both baseball fields once again off of the Maple Street entrance; ages 8, 9, 10 (11:30 a.m.), the hillside off of East Pershing Street. A rain date has been set for Sunday Sept. 27. All who are attending must wear a face covering (ages 3 and up) and social distance per CDC compliance. For information call 330-271-8913.
