Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS receives national grant for expanding housing

Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS was awarded a $5,000.00 grant from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Housing Opportunity Program to support activities that create and expand affordable housing opportunities. The grant will be used to help conduct an assessment of properties and neighborhoods in the City of East Liverpool.

“REALTORS seek to build communities and work hard to make the American dream of homo ownership a reality” said Association President Barbara Stamp. “This grant will help raise awareness about the need for more housing opportunities in East Liverpool while supporting our fight to increase the availability of affordable housing units.”

Nationwide, NAR offers Housing Opportunity Grants to various state and local REALTOR Associations in an effort to support a wide range of housing opportunity initiatives. For more information on NAR’s Housing Opportunity Program, visit https://realtorparty/community-outreach/housing-opportunity.
