Rodman Public Library’s popular children’s Halloween party will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Main Library. Open to families with children of all ages, the fun will include stories, treats and games. A “photo booth” will be provided for parents to take pictures of their little ones, so don’t forget to bring a phone or camera. Costumes are not mandatory, but they are encouraged.
